Shangshai High-Tension Polyester Screen Printing Mesh is woven from 100% polyester monofilament yarn for stable screen tension, uniform openings and repeatable ink transfer.
Its heat-set plain-weave structure is designed to stabilize quickly after stretching and maintain dimensional accuracy during repeated printing. Reduced tension loss helps improve stencil stability, multicolor registration and production consistency.
Available from coarse to fine mesh counts, the product is suitable for textile printing, graphic printing, glass and ceramic decoration, heat transfer, packaging, PCB printing and other industrial screen-printing processes.
High-strength polyester monofilament yarn allows the screen to be stretched to suitable production tension without unnecessary thread damage.
The recommended maximum tension varies by mesh count and thread diameter and should not be exceeded during frame preparation.
